The one on thinking is problematic due to its highly dualistic nature that is marked by self-righ It is a nice little collection of essays by Schopenhauer. Apr 12, Leda rated it really liked it. Then, just a few days before scohpenhauer dream, I had taken a new chapter to my mentor and had sat down with him to discuss the dissertation’s progress. It is absurd to look upon the enormous amount of pain that abounds everywhere in the world, and originates in needs and necessities inseparable from life itself, as serving no purpose at all and the result of mere chance.
